Thank you for visiting our Home Page. The site has been designed to offer the residents of Pulaski Township, as well as the general public, information and the ability to conduct business with the Township on-line. The Board of Supervisors is the governing body of the Township. The Board is comprised of three members who are elected to six-year terms at large, with elections every two years. The Supervisors hope that this site will make interaction with the community convenient and informative to all on-line users. Business Owners - If you issue even ONE W-2 to an employee. Beginning January 1, 2012 a new state law, ACT 32, will require that you withhold Earned Income Tax from ALL of your employees and remit the withholdings quarterly to the Collector. You must have your employees fill out a Residency Form that will declare where they reside. If the employee lives in a district that imposes an Earned Income Tax higher than here in Pulaski Township's 1% rate (1/2% for the Township and 1/2% for the school District), then you must withhold the higher rate. All the forms and instructions you will need can be found on the website for Central Tax, the new Beaver County-wide collection agency at www.centaxgroup.com or call Debbie Young at 1-800-569-6704.
